City Church is an independant, charasmatic, evangelical church. Our deepest purpose is to worship God with our whole lives.

The vision and values that support our purpose are to:

REACH ABERDEEN, SCOTLAND AND THE NATIONS
- To be an open and welcoming church for people who currently don’t ‘do’ church.
- To be passionate and purpose driven in Christ’s mission to reach the lost through church planting, evangelism and social action.

EQUIP OUR GENERATION
- To be a church for all, where everyone ’s gifts, ministries and callings are released & developed, regardless of age, gender, or social background.
- To develop a “discipleship” culture of continuing personal growth and development.
- To be a church of the Word and the Spirit

SERVE AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY
- To reflect God ’s heart by serving the poor and marginalized in our communities
- To create a culture of service as the heart of all ministry.

TRANSFORM SOCIETY
- To build a community of fully devoted disciples of Jesus, that demonstrates the new life of the Kingdom in our society.
- To influence and change society through our everyday lives at school, university, work, culture, and government.
